The Vidalia Onion was absolutely scrumptious!! A friend of mine and myself ordered the onion for an appetizer. The friend of mine, after eating her first forkful, was absolutely impressed with the taste- all the flavors just blended together so nicely. I told her how awesome the Vidalia Onion is and she totally agreed. The presentation of the onion is outstanding!!!! Thank you Vidalia's for making my lunch date with my teachers, during Spring break, such a lovely memory. We all plan on coming back for lunch again. One more thing….my other teacher friend said that the Calamari she ordered was the Beat she has ever had! Thank you Vadalia's. Diane McCormick

Chilean Sea bass
We went for our second New Year Eve Dinner to Vadalia and were not disappointed . The sea bass was delicious and the farm free chicken was wonderful . The beet salad was outstanding and I could not eat enough. I would highly recommend going to Vidalia Restaurant for all your occasion's, I know I will.

We had a spectacular evening at Vidalia last night. My birthday dinner (a big birthday), and we had 17 people in all. It was the very best. Food was delicious (five original, creative, tasty courses), service was outstanding (the wait staff could not have been any better), the ambiance (décor, surroundings) was perfect. We've been there several times for dinner (just the two of us, and always enjoyed it), but never for a major event. Chef Salvatore worked with us to fine-hone the menu ([multiple] appetizers, salad, pasta course and [multiple] desserts were served family style; main courses were individual [and there were about five choices guests could choose from (the salmone was just one of them)]), and it was all as good as it could possibly have been (the chicken francaise was especially superb, and I've never had better calamari). All the guests we're blown away with the quality of the food and how it was served – it all felt so personal and unique. Our guests were our adult children, some relatives-who-are-friends and other couples, some of whom we have known for 40 years, and some for just a few. And it all worked perfectly. So, I am so happy to recommend Vidalia to anyone planning a dinner party in the future. …

Bone-In Pork Chop Saltimbocca
Excellent cut of pork, it was tender and juicy and prepared to perfection with a luscious complimenting sauce accompanied by a side of creamy garlic mashed potato's and fresh sauteed spinach. It was piping hot and delicious. The plate presentation looked like the cover of Gourmet magazine. Bravo Vidalia!

Great dish. Meat is so tender it falls off the bone. Very little fat. Perfectly seasoned. San marsano tomato and sauce is perfect. Have it over risotto makes the dish.
