Osso Buco Di Maile

Fantastic. Tender and a nice cut. This isn't an easy item to find, so it's a pleasure to find it done perfectly. This dish is actually the reason I plan on going back with my family for a bday celebration this well

Amatriciana

The most delicious & fresh pasta I have ever had! A blend of plum tomatoes, Vidalia onions and perfectly sized chunks of prosciutto this dish was perfect in every way. Every forkful mixed these flavors together for a truly fabulous experience. Great service and the coziness of the dining room provided my family with the perfect Christmas Eve experience. Be back soon!

Pulcinella Chicken

OMG! This meal is absolutely wonderful. It is cooked with flavor and the presentation is great! I get this EVERY time I go to Vidalia. I now have many friends and family that order it as their preferred item too!

Marsala Veal

We reserved for indoors but decided to use their outdoor dining room. The room was festive and roomier and airflow was better for us. The server was friendly and helpful with menu. We started out with appetizers- Vidalia's loaf (a must try) and fried calamari(excellent) not overcooked! My wife and I order the veal ( Marsala and Fici) very tender and sauces were very tasty! Overall we enjoyed our meals and will be back. My one advice- always ask for prices on special menu, especially market price fish!!

Parmigiano Chicken

Really good mixture of the chicken, sauce and cheese. Not one overwhelmed the other, complimented well by the pasta.

Genovese

The Pasta Genovese was outstanding. The mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and asparagus were a great flavor combination. The mascarpone cream sauce was delicious- rich yet not too heavy. Definitely would recommend for all pasta lovers and would surely order again.

Linguini Del Mare

I order this dish almost ever time I eat out in an Italian restaurant. This very well may have been the best I've ever had.
