Bone-In Pork Chop Saltimbocca

Mixed greens with apple and walnuts with a balsamic vinaigrette to start of the evening. The bourbon shrimp appetizer was next, shrimp wrapped in bacon with a cognac bbq cream sauce was an explosion of flavor! Then the bone in pork chop saltimbocca with homemade garlic mash and spinach was a fantastic choice for dinner. To end the evening we had coffee and mini dessert sampler. The sampler included chocolate cream puffs, macaroons and cannolis. Perfect dinner to end 2022 and ring in the new year 2023!

Meat Lasagna

Fantastic. Restaurant lasagna can often be a little typical and boring, but this wasn't. It had just the right consistency and thickness, with the right combination of sauce, cheese, and meat. I will definitely be back and order again.

Melanzana Al Forno

Best eggplant parm I have ever had!! & I ordered online at 4:30 pm on a Thursday, they didn't open until 5 but the online portal was accidentally open. They accommodated me and were very nice about it! Highly recommend Vidalia!

Insalata Di Mela

Everything I have ever tried at Vidalia is always delicious. My mother and I love to go and get a Vidalia loaf and salads. Such a wonderful atmosphere and especially fantastic food.

Vodka Rigatoni

We attended a holiday luncheon as a department. I ordered the Vodka Rigatoni. The meal was of generous portion and presented to me in a large round soup dish, garnished with parsley and grated cheese. It was steaming, and the server suggested to give it a minute to settle and dig in! By doing so, the pink sauce had an opportunity to settle throughout the pasta. It was thick and creamy, and I had enough of it to dip the warm bread that accompanied it. It was flavorful and enjoyed. Definitely a dish to put on the favorite list! Manga!

Bourbon Shrimp

This shrimp appetizer was the best appetizer we've ever had. The sauce was so good that we ordered more bread to clear the plate of this delicious sauce. We also thoroughly enjoyed the bone-in pork chop saltimbocca and fettuccini vidalia. Both dishes were very flavorful and generous in portion so that we took some home to enjoy the next day. Lastly, we had to try the creme brulee. OUTSTANDING! Not your average creme brulee, but so much better. The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and we liked how the owner would occasionally pop his head into the dining area to be sure that everything was going smoothly, which it was. Can't wait to go back when we are in the area again.

Pollo Marsala

I ordered the Pollo Marsala which was tender and and flavored correctly with garlic and herbs in a demi-glaze. The portions are more than generous and I always end up taking home half of my delicious meal for a dining experience which continues at home. Double the pleasure of good food. The Chef has culinary training and a cultural origin in Italy. The concept of "terra" does apply to the excellent results from his kitchen. Ann R
